The paint line was made by IDEAL-LINE, a Danish company. Furnace control ensures full control of paint baking process. The powder cabin is equipped with NORDSON pistol sprays with paint supply automatic control. The constant control of washing, phosphating and drying of items ensures ideal preparation of surface for powder painting process. DEMI water rinsing ensures ling durability of coats. Constant supervision over bath parameters (CHEMETALL) ensures optimisation of the phosphating process for steel, galvanised steel or aluminium.

We offer a full range of powder painting services for items with measurements of
2000 x 1200 x 700.
We use a full range of colours available in the market. In case of untypical colours, we procure paints upon special orders. The painting process is preceded by precise washing and phosphating with final demineralisation. Aluminium and galvanised items are additionally subject to degassing heating. Additionally, it is possible to apply two coats of galvanised primer. All stages of surface preparation, painting and gardening are controlled electronically and, additionally, through the laboratory quality control.
